Health law involves the legal needs of hospitals and doctors in their business capacities. We accept representation of doctors in certain instances where our expertise might be helpful to them.

• Peer review problems -- cases where a doctor’s privileges at a hospital are challenged for reasons relating to competence.
• Representation before licensure boards when licensure is challenged for whatever reason.
• Review of employment contracts for doctors joining physician groups, HMO’s or other organizations.
• We offer our services to hospitals and doctors in facilitating the quality assurance and peer review functions by:

Serving as a hearing officer. Supplying the doctor or hospital with independent experts for medical records review. Examination of quality assurance and credentialing issues. Review of medical staff bylaws.
